Real Stories Behind Financial Success

We've been walking alongside business owners through their financial journeys since 2019. Started by people who've made every mistake in the book — and learned from each one.

How We Actually Started

Back in 2018, our founder was sitting in a Bangkok coffee shop, laptop open, trying to figure out why his third business venture was bleeding money. Great product, happy customers, but the numbers just wouldn't add up.

That's when it hit him — most of us learn business finance the hard way. Through trial, error, and a lot of sleepless nights wondering if we'll make payroll next month.

We realized there had to be a better way to help business owners understand their numbers without going through the same painful learning curve we did.

So in 2019, Megatechpanel was born. Not as some grand corporate vision, but as a simple idea: teach business finance the way we wished someone had taught it to us.

Our Different Approach

We don't teach theory from textbooks. We share what actually works when you're running a business in Thailand's dynamic market.

1

Start With Real Numbers

We begin with your actual business situation — not hypothetical scenarios. Your cash flow, your challenges, your specific industry context in Thailand.

2

Focus on Practical Skills

Learn to read financial statements that matter, create budgets that work, and make decisions based on data rather than guesswork.

3

Build Gradual Confidence

Financial management isn't about perfection — it's about making consistently better decisions over time. We help you develop that judgment.

4

Local Market Context

Understanding Thai business regulations, banking systems, and market dynamics that directly impact your financial planning and growth strategies.

What We've Learned

Six years in, we've worked with everyone from street food vendors scaling up to tech startups preparing for investment rounds. Each business taught us something new.

The restaurant owner who discovered her food costs were eating all her profits. The e-commerce entrepreneur who finally understood why cash flow and profit are different things. The manufacturing company that learned to forecast seasonal demand.

Every business is different, but the fundamentals remain the same: know your numbers, plan for the unexpected, and make decisions based on facts rather than feelings.

That's what we teach. Not because we're financial geniuses, but because we've seen what happens when business owners finally "get" their numbers. And it never gets old watching that lightbulb moment.
